1. Acceptance of These Terms
These Terms of Service form the agreement between you and Haikou Fengjun Liu E-Commerce Co., Ltd. for the use of www.fengjun.hair and the trading services described on it. By opening the website, browsing its pages, submitting the contact form, or placing an order through a storefront we operate, you confirm that you have read these terms, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree, please stop using the website and the services.
These terms work together with the Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle personal information, and with any additional rules published on a marketplace platform where a purchase is made. Where a marketplace rule and these terms both apply, the marketplace rule governs the transaction on that platform and these terms govern everything else. If any single provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in force, and the unenforceable part is replaced by the closest valid provision with the same commercial effect.
2. Definitions
A few words carry a precise meaning in this document. The company or we means Haikou Fengjun Liu E-Commerce Co., Ltd., registered at No. 139 Changsheng Road, Changliu Town, Xiuying District, Haikou - 570000, China (CN), trading under the FENGJUN name. The website means www.fengjun.hair together with its subpages, forms, and content. Services means the e-commerce trading activities described on the website, including product sourcing and curation, storefront operations, order fulfillment and shipping, quality control, inventory and warehousing, and customer service support.
You means the adult visitor, buyer, or business that uses the website or places an order. Goods means the physical products that we source, list, and dispatch. Order means a confirmed request to buy Goods through a channel we operate. Trade lane means a shipping route from our warehouse network to a destination region. Business day means a day other than Saturday, Sunday, or a public holiday in mainland China, measured in China Standard Time.
3. Description of Services
The company operates an e-commerce trading business from the port city of Haikou. We find and vet products from manufacturers, present them on storefronts, take orders, pack and dispatch them from a network of six warehouses, inspect goods at two points on every lane, hold stock close to demand, and answer customer messages from a desk that spans the main time zones. The website explains these services and provides a route to contact the operating team.
The website itself is an informational and contact channel. Unless a page explicitly states otherwise, purchases are completed through marketplace platforms or through an invoicing process agreed directly with the desk, not through a shopping cart on this domain. We may add, change, or retire services as the trade requires, and the description on the website reflects the services offered at the time of reading. Nothing on the website constitutes an offer to sell a specific quantity of any product at a specific price; an offer is formed only when an order is accepted under section 5.
4. Eligibility and Accounts
You may use the website only if you are legally able to form binding contracts, which in most regions means you have reached the age of majority. Purchases through our storefronts additionally require an account on the relevant platform, governed by the terms of that platform. When you provide registration or delivery details, you confirm they are accurate and current, and you agree to keep them that way, because a wrong address or an outdated contact number fails at the worst possible moment of a delivery.
You are responsible for activity that happens under your account or with your payment instrument, and for keeping credentials confidential. If you suspect unauthorized use, tell the platform and tell us immediately so a hold can be placed on affected orders. We may refuse service, cancel orders, or suspend access where we reasonably believe an account is being used for fraud, resale of counterfeit goods, evasion of customs duties, or any other unlawful purpose, and we will explain our decision on request unless the law prevents it.
5. Orders, Pricing, and Payment
Prices shown on storefronts are quoted in the currency displayed at checkout and, unless stated otherwise, exclude the taxes and customs duties of the destination region, which are the responsibility of the buyer where the law assigns them to the recipient. An order is an offer to buy; the contract forms when we accept it, which we confirm by dispatch notice or by explicit confirmation from the desk. We may decline an order in full or in part, for example when stock has run out, when an address falls outside our lanes, or when the order pattern suggests fraud, and in that case any payment already taken is refunded.
Payment is processed by third-party payment providers, and we never store full card numbers on our own systems. For business customers invoiced directly, payment terms are stated on the invoice and default to fourteen days. Price errors are corrected when they are obvious: if a listing shows a price that is plainly wrong by an order of magnitude, we will contact you to confirm the real price before dispatch, and you may cancel without penalty if you do not accept it.
6. Shipping and Delivery
We dispatch within one business day of order acceptance wherever stock is on hand, and we state the expected transit time by lane before payment is taken. Carriers are selected for lane performance, and every parcel carries a tracking reference that becomes active when the carrier scans it. Delivery times are good-faith estimates rather than guarantees: weather at sea, customs inspection, and carrier backlogs can move a schedule, and when a delay of more than a few days becomes known, affected customers are notified proactively.
Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery to the address provided, or on the first delivery attempt where the carrier records that access was blocked. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was wrong or unclaimed, we will contact you to arrange reshipment; the reshipment cost is borne by the buyer where the failure was in the details provided, and by the company where the failure was ours. Customs: goods may be inspected and duties assessed at the border of the destination, and neither the company nor the carrier controls those assessments.
7. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations
We want the cargo to be right the first time, and when it is not, the remedy is straightforward. For faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied goods, write to reach@fengjun.hair within fourteen days of delivery with the order number and photographs of the problem. Approved claims receive a replacement dispatched on our account or a refund of the item price to the original payment method, and return shipping is paid by the company when the fault is ours. For change-of-mind returns, the rules of the platform used for the purchase apply, and where we sold directly, unworn and unopened goods in original packaging may be returned within fourteen days of delivery with return shipping borne by the buyer.
Refunds are issued within seven business days of the returned goods passing inspection at our warehouse, and your payment provider may need additional days to post the amount. Orders can be cancelled without cost until dispatch; after dispatch, the parcel must complete its journey or be refused at the door where the carrier supports refusal. Perishable goods, customized items, and goods marked as final sale on the listing are excluded from change-of-mind returns, but never from remedies for faults.
8. Product Descriptions and Availability
We write listings like shipping documents: dimensions, weights, materials, and lead times are stated plainly and photographed under standard light. Even so, small variations happen in mass production, and color can shift between screens and sunlight; we describe such tolerances honestly rather than promising pixel-perfect matches. Where a product has a certification, the certificate number is stated and a copy is available on request through the desk.
Availability is live but not absolute: stock can sell through between the moment a page loads and the moment an order is accepted. If an ordered item turns out to be unavailable, we will offer a backorder with a firm date, a substitute of equal or better specification, or a full refund, and the choice is yours. Images may show props or packaging variants that are not included; the listing text governs what is in the box. If anything in a listing turns out to be materially wrong, section 7 gives you the remedy without argument.
9. Acceptable Use
The website and our services may be used only for lawful purposes connected with trading. You agree not to: interfere with the operation of the website or the systems behind it; scrape content at volumes that degrade service; attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data; submit false orders, false claims, or false payment disputes; resell goods in a way that breaches the license terms of a brand owner; upload malicious code; or use our contact channels for spam, harassment, or abuse of staff.
You also agree not to misuse our name or impersonate our crews in dealings with customers or suppliers. Rate limits exist on form submissions to keep the desk available for everyone, and automated bulk submissions are treated as abuse. We may investigate suspected violations, involve the platform where the conduct happened, preserve records, and report unlawful activity to the competent authorities. Serious abuse ends the service relationship under section 15 and may give rise to claims under section 14.
10. Intellectual Property
The FENGJUN name, the visual design of this website, its text, its layout, and the photography on our storefronts are owned by the company or licensed to it, and they are protected by intellectual property law. You may read the website, print pages for your own records, and quote short extracts in reviews or commentary with attribution. You may not copy the site design wholesale, republish our product photography for commercial use, or use our name, logo, or dock imagery in a way that suggests a partnership that does not exist.
Product names and trademarks shown in listings belong to their respective owners, and a listing for a branded item indicates genuine stock of that item, not a claim of ownership over the mark. If you believe content on this website infringes your rights, write to reach@fengjun.hair with the page address, the right you hold, and evidence of ownership; a substantiated notice is answered within one business week and the content is suspended while the claim is checked.
11. User Content
When you send us a message, a review, a product photograph, or other material through the website or a storefront, you grant the company a limited license to use that material for the purpose of handling your case: reading it, storing it, forwarding it to the carrier or supplier involved, and quoting the relevant part in our reply. Reviews and photographs submitted to a public storefront are governed also by the rules of that platform.
You confirm that material you send does not infringe the rights of others and does not contain unlawful content, personal data of third parties without their consent, or malicious code. We do not sell user content, and we do not use private messages in marketing. If you ask us to delete material you sent, we will do so where no legal record requires it to be kept, and we will confirm the deletion. Content that appears in public reviews can be withdrawn by request through the platform where it was posted, and we will assist the process.
12. Disclaimers and Warranties
The website is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We work hard to keep information current and the site available, but we do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, and we do not warrant that every description on every page will match every unit of a mass-produced product down to the last millimeter. To the fullest extent permitted by law, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement are excluded in relation to the website itself.
This disclaimer does not touch your statutory rights as a consumer or the warranties that law attaches to the sale of goods, which remain fully in force: goods must match their description, be of satisfactory quality, and be fit for the ordinary purposes they are sold for. Where the services are supplied to a business, the parties agree that remedies for defects in the goods are those set out in section 7, subject to any mandatory rules that cannot be excluded.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the company is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, nor for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption, arising from the use of the website or the services. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited, at our choice, to resupply of the affected services or to the amount you actually paid for the order giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded: death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, willful misconduct, or any liability that mandatory consumer law places on a seller of goods. The limitations in this section apply to the website and to trading services generally; they do not cap the remedies that consumer law guarantees for a defective product, which are handled under section 7 without argument. Each limitation in this document applies separately, so if one fails for a particular claim, the others still stand.
14. Indemnification
If your use of the website or the services causes a claim against the company by a third party, and the claim arises from your breach of these terms, your violation of law, or your infringement of the rights of that third party, you agree to cover the resulting losses: reasonable legal costs, compensations awarded, and settlement amounts approved by you. We will notify you of the claim promptly, give you the information we hold, and let you participate in the defense with counsel of your choice.
We will not settle a claim in a way that imposes obligations on you without your consent. This section does not apply where the claim arises from our own breach, our own negligence, or content that we wrote and published; it exists to keep the consequences of misuse with the party that caused them, which is the same discipline the harbor applies to cargo that was packed against the manifest.
15. Termination and Suspension
You may stop using the website at any time, and a business customer may end a standing service arrangement in line with the notice period in its service agreement. We may suspend or terminate access where these terms are breached, where payment for past orders remains unpaid after reminders, where an account is used unlawfully, or where the law requires us to stop dealing with a person or region. Suspension is lifted when the underlying problem is fixed, unless the breach was material and incurable.
On termination, orders already accepted will be completed or refunded at our choice, records will be kept for the periods set out in the Privacy Policy, and sections that logically survive termination continue to apply: intellectual property, disclaimers, liability, indemnification, governing law, and any accrued payment duties. Access suspended for fraud or abuse is not restored automatically on request; it is reviewed by a person, and the decision is explained in writing.
16. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These terms are governed by the laws of the Peoples Republic of China, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules that would apply another law. Mandatory consumer-protection rules of the region where you live continue to apply where the law says they must, whatever this section states. Before any formal step, the parties agree to try to resolve a dispute in plain language: write to reach@fengjun.hair with the order number and the problem, and the desk will answer within one business week with a concrete proposal.
If negotiation does not resolve the matter within thirty days, disputes are submitted to mediation, and failing mediation, to the competent courts of Haikou, China, which have jurisdiction over disputes connected with the company. Where the law of your region gives you the right to bring a claim in your local courts, that right is unaffected. We also support the complaint procedures of the marketplaces we operate on, and a ruling from a platform dispute desk is honored by us without further process.
17. Changes to These Terms
Trading rules change with the trade: carriers revise their tariffs, platforms revise their policies, and the law moves. We may update these terms from time to time, and the updated version is posted on this page with a new date at the top. Changes take effect on posting for future orders and for continued use of the website; orders already accepted are governed by the version in force when they were accepted, which is preserved on request.
If a change is material and adverse to customers, for example a new fee or a shorter return window, we will highlight it in a notice on the website for a reasonable period before it takes effect, and business customers with standing agreements will be notified directly. Continuing to use the website after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms. If you disagree with a change, the remedies are the ordinary ones: stop using the service, or raise the issue with the desk before your next order.
18. Contact Information
Questions about these terms, about an order, or about any clause above can be sent through the following channels. Email reaches the desk fastest: write to reach@fengjun.hair and include the order number where one exists. Telephone the desk at +16816180093 during business hours: Monday to Friday 09:00 to 18:00 and Saturday 10:00 to 14:00, China Standard Time. Letters can be sent to Haikou Fengjun Liu E-Commerce Co., Ltd., No. 139 Changsheng Road, Changliu Town, Xiuying District, Haikou - 570000, China (CN).
Formal notices under these terms are valid when sent to the postal address above with proof of delivery, or by email where a reply confirms receipt. We answer routine questions within one business day, and disputes begin their resolution clock under section 16 as soon as a written summary of the problem arrives. The desk exists to fix problems; the terms exist so that both sides know the rules before the cargo leaves the quay.
